Oman’s SMEs, given a national stage.
For Oman’s first national SME exhibition, Rissala Design served as Creative Director and Brand Architect — one big idea carried from city billboards to the exhibition floor, the publication, and a royal tribute to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos.
The challenge
A first-of-its-kind national event: give over one hundred small and medium enterprises a stage that felt worthy of a national economic vision — under the eyes of ministers and royal institutions — and make the country notice.
Everything had to be created at once: the identity, the campaign across the city, the exhibitor system, the environmental graphics, and the media that would outlive the event.
The approach
We designed the exhibition as one continuous brand experience. A confident identity scaled from 8×3-meter city billboards to booth fascias, wayfinding and stage backdrops. The exhibitor system gave every small business equal dignity in the national frame.
At the heart of the hall, a tribute wall honoured His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said — anchoring a business event in national meaning.
The delivery
Identity and campaign artwork, city-scale outdoor, complete exhibition graphics and signage, the commemorative publication, photography and film — delivered on site, on schedule, with ministerial stakeholders in the room.
